1. Refund Principles

Due to the nature of digital services, Kreplo applies a limited refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility Period

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment for a paid plan, provided no credits have been used during that period.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since payment
  • Credits have been used
  • Account was suspended due to Terms violation

4. Refund Process
